Question by –complicated me;*: What is the best way to get in shape for being a cheerleader?
I am planing to try out for cheerleader which is in April and I was wandering what would be the best way to get in shape I am not over weight or anything I just want to get in shape b/c right now I am not at all…plz help!

eat healthy. exercise and stretch every day from 1-2 hours.
practice any cheer moves or make up dances to loosen up.
do push ups and pull ups!!!
