    you have to stretch !
do your splits, and lunges and things like that.
you do need abs to be able to keep your chest up while you jump. do cruches for that =)
    good luck!

sit on the ground with your legs straddled…
put right arm in front of you between your legs as close to you as possible, the left arm behind your butt again as close to you as possilbe try lifting up and down your right leg without ttrying to lean back its harddd but it works… do both legs…

leg kicks do five on each leg to the side arms in a T and try to kick your leg behind your arm…
also arms in a high V try to kick up like for a front hurdler or a pike…

spread your legs standing up liek you would at a game… bend your knees and put your hands on your knees you should feel a good stretch…

have a friend “jump you” have them hold their arms at their sides at a 90 degree angle bent at elbows… put your arms on theirs holding like around eachothers elbows and push off them to jump over and over again…without the weight hitting the ground so much and more on your partnerr, your legs will get higher…

frogs… so you know when you play leap frog and your on the ground legs bent and butt almost on the ground as well…
well put your arms in a high V standing up… jump up and try to get your legs in that leap frog posotion… it teaches you to sit a little in your jumps so your hips can rotate more…

other than that… stretchhhhhhh all the time… sit in a staddel watching TV anything…
    good luck!!
