Just showing you how to do some Cheerleading Jumps. Tuck, High Kick, Russian/Toe Touch, Pop up Russian/Toe Touch, Hurkey, Pike, and Double Nine. And everyone.. please stop commenting on my high V, I know it’s not very good and the only reason it’s that far out is because my cealing was very low and I didn’t wanna hit it. I know how to do a high V.

your jumps are pretty good, but your prep has to be a lot cleaner. it looks a little slopps, so to make your whole performance look better, make your movements tighter and sharper. it will look WAY better 🙂
@allstardancer9704 she’s probably a dancer too…i was before i did cheerleading, and it took forever for me to get used to calling it a toetouch.
@allstardancer9704 Well they are called both, so I was just letting them know that teams may call them different things.
And my russians are pretty high already…
