im gonna be trying out for my schools cheer team and i have NEVER done it. however, i have a background in figure skating ((im still doing figure skating btw)) and i do a little ballet, so im farely flexible. im losing weight now, im about 75 pounds, 12 years and 4’8”. can anyone give me tips? should i lose more weight, also?
