Awesome Cheerleading Stunts Part II

@SevenPedals lol yeah, I’m one of the spotters in the video. The guy is her husband, He coaches Stingray open. That year they were on the team with me, and several other stunting that day. King and Katy are the best. Honestly this wasn’t even as clean as I’ve seen them hit, and this wasn’t all their stunts.

@allstarcheer100 Yes, she does eat. I personally know her. There are fliers out there that are way heavier and bulkier than her. There can be a 140 pound flier, it’s all about how you hold your weight! You can be the lightest flier on the team, but if you cannot hold your weight, you’ll feel like you’re 200 pounds.

@Mericasimpson1 If your “what” is refurring to my phrase “keep tight”, I should specify! Being tight means keeping all o9f the muscles in your body tight. You cannot have random flailing limbs and wobbly legs. It is much easier to cary a person who is rigid and stiff than one who is limp and wiggly! Otherwise, I dont know why you would have said “what”.

@hannahstauffer She has to be thin. But she’s not an unhealthy thin she is toned and muscled up
