Question by tracy: What is the difference between poms/spirit team and cheerleading?
I want to join the spirit team but I am afraid that it is going to be too much like cheer leading. I just want to be part of a dance team but I don’t want to do all the flips and stuff so I don’t know if I should go out for it. And what should I be able to do to be on the team?

Here, he cheerleaders cheer during the game.
and the ‘spirit’ team..which we call dance team, performs at half time.
And we do dance, not cheerleading, no flips and stuff. leaps, spins, and dance jumps.
Cause we are cooooler
