Question by twilight81095: Does anybody know how to do a tumbling pass in cheerleading?
Please describe what to do. For example:
First, do a handstand. Then, do a back handspring.
Please, the more details the better. I’m trying out for my school cheerleading squad and have to perform a tumbling pass, but do not know what to do.

I am not sure of what you are capable of doing but I suggest a round-off – backhand spring – back tuck.
or a round-off – backhand spring- layout (add a full twist if you know how)
but if you can only do as much as a backhand spring then do a fronthand-spring turn around run to a round-off do a row backhand springs then after you land do a toe touch.
