Question by VesperLynd: Cheerleading help with the mental block in tumbling?
I am in 8th grade, but I am on my schools varsity cheerleading squad. My huge weakness is tumbling. I have a major mental black and fear of hit. Any tips or advice on how to help with that fear, or any simple exercises that will make your backhandsprinds tighter and better. Thanks
