Ok so im wondering how many injuries there are per year with allstar cheerleading? and how many were there in 2007. i need all the help I can get. ohh and has the numbers increased over the years? thank-you.

Hey Lex… well being in the cheer world for 22 years i must say that non officially there have been a steady increase in injuries due to lack of preparation.. teams in all star and in many school teams as well see things and just skip steps to get to that skill… so rushing tumbling and stunts and even jumps can and are causing Knees being popped and hips and groins etc to be injured.
