What are the requirements to be an alabama crimson tide cheerleader?

Question by Sydney 😀: What are the requirements to be an alabama crimson tide cheerleader?
I would really love to do this when I get older.
I’ve been cheering since I was five, and doing competitive cheerleading with my all-star squad since I was nine.
I’ve been having trouble lately with tumbling because of my anxiety problems. But I’m only 5 feet tall and about 105 pounds, and not getting any bigger. So I would be a good flyer.
Thanks! (:
