I am a senior in high school and i plan to go to college for radiology next year. i really wanna be a choreographer as a side job but don’t know if that’s possible or how i would go about doing it?

Develop a few small routines and look for some small groups that may not have someone doing it for them to try them out.
If you are on the squad or know the coach at your high school, talk with them about doing some work for them.
Expect to do the first ones for free until you can build up a portfolio of routines that groups like.
Get videos of the routines being performed in front of an audience so that you can make a resume that says what groups have performed your routines and can show potential clients the results.
