church. I thought it might be weird to have ex cheerleading coaches and grown man and women as friends on facebook. The problem is I don’t want to just say ignore and hurt their feelings. What should I do? Ignore, or add as friends?

I am 20 years old and i use to do cheerleading in high school for a long time. Im a good cheerleader but i cant do back flips i started to learn but never kept working on it. Well im ready to get back into shape and join some sort of cheerleading but how much is it to join all star cheer? And do you have to have a back flip to join?.
