What should I eat for breakfast before cheerleading tryouts?

Question by Tinks: What should I eat for breakfast before cheerleading tryouts?
I need to make sure I eat something filling that won’t make me sick, because I will be running and jumping shortly after. On a regular morning I’ll have a bowl of Special K Red Berries with frozen blueberries and a banana on top.

I would eat a piece of fruit, 2 eggs, and a small bowl of cereal and milk. Or just add eggs onto what you normally eat for some protein.

Keep with what you normally eat but add an English muffin or toast with peanut butter. The carbs will give you short term energy and the PB will sustain your strength.

Complex carbs and protein will stick with you and give you good energy. Sounds weird, but I am a fan of natural peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread for breakfast. :^D

    Good luck at tryouts!
