about 30 minutes before you start eat an energy bar like Powerbar of something. They help me out a lot during my physical performances.

Eating a well balanced breakfast consisting of nuts (walnuts, almond, granola) will help you have energy all day. Take a shot of 100 % organic GOJI juice first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. Eating an apple or other fruits one hour after breakfast will keep you energized. If you need immediate energy, take one tablespoon of raw organic honey, which is very healthy for you, half an hour before you perform. I usually do this before and after every hike. These steps along with routine workouts will usually give you all the energy you need without harming your health. Hopefully you are not allergic to nuts.
