im not fat, but im a bit full. im a size 7 in hollister jeans and a large in their tops.
i really want to get fit, but dont know what exercise i can do at home rather than the tredmill.. i usually walk fast on the tredmill 2-4 times a week for 30 minutes..

If you want to get fit for being a cheerleader, continue on your treadmill and do crunches. Do about 25-75 crunches regularly, and to the sides. This should work. 🙂

    drink pineapple juice an d green tea. lie on your bed each night and suck your stomach in and hold one leg in the air for 30 seconds then repeat on the other leg.
