I’m a cheerleader and I want to look better in my uniform, how do I do that?I’m talking like workouts, and sizes to choose?I’m very fit but I want to look better.

well first maybe u should do sit ups. Im an allstar cheerleader and our uniforms are half tops so we need to have nice flat and fit tummies. Next, maybe some pushups so ur arms look very muscular. But not too buff like Jillian Michaels…. Also, get a tan, either spray tan or real one, but cheerleaders NEED to be tan. Also maybe for the uniform, try a size tht u were in jeans. Im talkin the EXACT same size. U dnt want a uniform too big or too small…. Hope this helps !!!

Well first of all make sure youruniform fits you. and no, cheerleaders DO NOT HAVE TO BE TAN. lol. thats just stupid. Check the proportion between the chest of your uniform, and the stomach of it. Most uniforms are not fitted, so if you have a big chest size, the uniform top will go straight down from your chest and make you look fat. So try it on and pinch the waist to see if there is extra fabric. If there is, get it hemmed. Make sure your skirt is not too long (knee length) and not too short (can see your spankies when youre walking). If it is too long you can get tangled in it while stunting or tumbling. If it is too short, it wont drop back down after a jump, kick, or tumbling. So youre basically walking around and dancing in your spankies. lol. Ponytail make girls look like they have no hair, so I wear my ponytail (unfortunately required because I’m a flyer) to the side, so people can see that I actually have hair. Don’t wear your bow facing the crowd in front of you. That looks like you tried to put it on in the mirror and screwed it up backwards. Wear it so it faces behind you. Don’t wear too much makeup. Mascara and eyeliner are ok, but bright eyeshadow the color of your uniform is overdoing it. Do something that highliour eyes, not your school colors. lol. That is what the uniform is for.
