try to advertise and start small, no need to be copetitive at the very beggining, try just to exibitions somewhere, advertise so you can have many people that are interested so if it does come t compeating you will have peope to make a routine with. make a website with lots of info, make it flashy so that people will wont be bored reading it

Once you start coaching you can enter the team into different local competitions so they can see what it is like. You can also host your own cheer competition. You would have to find judges and come up with rules for the judges to go by. Also, find out if your parents would be willing to pay for tumbling lessons from a professional. Most of the time you can get a good group deal, usually paying by the month. Because boys and girls club is non-profit, you can always get sponsors or grants to pay for uniforms, shoes, and other expenses. If you plan on a competition in advance, make sure that your practices revolve around what is going to be done in competition. The earlier you start, the better.
