Question by Kate: Why isnt cheerleading a option in the sports category?
If many consider cheerleading (competetive all-stars) a sports than why doesnt yahoo have it as a option in the sports category?

Cheerleading is an adjunct to sports. It gets the crowed pumped up and gives a dating pool for the athletes. This is not a sport!

it’s not a sport – just an activity
I’m in All Stars and people don;t get the defenition of it. This kind of Cheer is COMPETITIVE which means we go into COMPETITIONS and COMPETE. Get the picture? Just type in all star cheerleading on youtube.com.
I don’t know, but it certainly is annoying. I love cheerleading, and I do not think it is getting the recognition it deserves.
