I will be recieving my coaching safety certification at the end of june and wanted to know what other steps are required to start a new squad. It would be in california and nevada because I live at the California Nevada Stateline.

audition, ask around and stuff.
well you gotta buy or rent a building. Have auditions you’re gunna want a staff. Such as a tumbling instructor or stunt coordinator ect. You gotta be prepared for injuries. Set a price to jion. Pick out uniforms. It’s alot of work
