I am 13 and 5 feet 3 inches. How can i get in shape i was thinking about trying out for my squad and then i didnt becuase i was self consent about my wait how can i get in shape.

Start eating right…excercise…your weight and fitness level will take care of itself if you can stick to that

    Start STRETCHING every day it helps so much with the jumps… Run a little that will give you endurance for long practices… and do lots of squats!!! makes your legs stronger for stunts!! Good luck!! =]]]

    Start by going for a walk everyday. At least 30 minutes. Go for a run. Do some sort of cardio each day and you will be fine. Talk to your parents about your diet. Make sure you are eating well and healthy.

    Do not worry to much about weight. In our society today, too many girls are forced to be something they are not. Be happy with who you are and how God created you.

    Well in my school if you want to be varsity cheerleader you need to know how to do a back flip. Running is a good start and start doing yoga. That makes you more flexible.
