I mean with a girls’ uniform with a skirt — not a boys’ uniform with pants.

    Depends on the age. If young, I’d probably take him shopping to a party store with lots of costume options. He’ll find something more interesting. If older, I’d leave it up to him. He’s the one that will have to deal with the consequences from friends. If he’s okay with that, he should go for it. I would support his decision either way so that he may find himself. Taking it away will make him want it more…

    ok, if he WAS gay and in the closet, he wouldn’t want to draw attention to the fact that he is gay.

    so he must be straight to want to wear a cheerleading outfit, and so he must have HEAPS of confidence! you should be proud of him!

    i think it’s odd that he would want to be a girl cheerleader, but hey kids are crazy these days.
