Question by Stela: Need help to start our own cheerleading squad ?
Well cheerleading was something we DIDNT have at oir schol till now ,now we do though but before that we have to get together and imulate our own squad and figure out a routine and present it .
If u would be good enough to give me some tips on putting together a squad and a routine ill be really thankful. We only have about 4-6 people and most aren’t really flexible we have 3 months to put it together . Any help will really be appreciated by all of us !

First, you need to make sure you get a coach/sponsor/advisor. They need to fill out any liability forms there might be.
Next, you’ll want uniforms – and that requires fundraising. Go to your school’s booster club, or fan support program, and see if they can give you the funds to get gear. Since there are only a few of you it shouldn’t be too costly. If that’s a bust, try local businesses.
As for the ultimate organization of the routines, if you/your school can afford it, see if there are any cheer-camps you could attend. Another alternative is to hire a choreographer who specializes in cheerleading.
