Question by aye baybay: how can i be a cheerleader wthout becoming fat or buff?
want to be a cheerleader in september ill be in high school ill be 14 and now im 13 but i heard athletiis get buff or gain muscle with make them weigh more but im 108 pounds and im 5’4 and i really dont want to gain weight do you think ill become fat how can i prevent this?
and does drinking alot of water make your butt smaller?

Who cares what you weigh if you look good? You should gain muscle because muscular girls are hot!

    kay this is dumb.
    thats like saying drinking water will make boobs grow, or making your nose shrink, water doesnt change body parts.
    Working out makes your butt smaller.
    and actually gaining muscle makes you look smaller, because your body is tighter,
    so get off your lazy ass.

    nothing wrong with being fit.

    You won’t automatically become buff from working out. A lot goes into gaining muscle, like how you work your muscles and how much protein you consume. Do toning exercising and do a lot of cardio.
