I am a cheerleader and do cheer jumps a lot, how many calories does this burn?

I used to be a captain :).. it burns a lot of calories if you do like a million of those jumps.. to help get rid of stomach flab do that and some crunches

    Not too many. If your on a cheer squad then suggest to the captain or something, Vups. they are like a cheerleaders version of sit ups. instead of keepin your knees bent in front of you the whole time, keep them straight with you back on the floor, and your arms on the ground above your head. Then swing your arms up, stradle your legs (and bring them off the ground), all while sucking in your abbs~kinda like you do when you do sit-ups~ your arms should go in between the stradle of your legs- your legs should come off the groundand to the side- and your back should be straight. also you could try hip flexers
    * sit w/ your legs stradled (back straight the whole time)
    * hands inbetween legs ( hands flat on ground)
    * pick one foot up and do circulular or up and down motions.
    * do other leg, then both at the same time 9remember not to bend your legs)
