Okay so im muslim and i want to cheerleader. Im going into high school next year. Is a pair of black tights appropriate enough for under a short skirt and do you think that makeup would be to much? Maybe just some foundation, eyeliner, lip gloss, mascara, and a little bit of blush just a little.

I think that would be fine, depending how strict of a Muslim you are. Also, sometimes different teams at your school have different uniforms. Check each uniform out and if they are revealing dress appropriately. The leggings should be fine, just make sure they are not see through. If the top is short, make sure to wear a t shirt underneath or a long sleeve if you are really concerned b/c if you lean down, your back and belly might show. The makeup doesn’t seem excessive either.

just be yourself and dont over-do it on the makeup. try wearing stuff like cute sweat pants and stuff! dont wear EXTREMELY short skirts either. just like 2 and a half inches above your knee and leggings and some cute boots! hope this helps!

    Hey there.
    I’m a muslim too (Y)
I think being a cheerleader is fine, as long as you don’t expose anything serious. If the skirts are really short (like mid – thigh) i guess i would wear 3/4 leggings under. or maybe shorts under the skirt, just in case.
Make up is fine, but not too much because you’ll be cheerleading, and that can be a lot of work. I’d say a clear gloss, mascara (definitely), and a cover up powder. maybe a bit of eyeliner if you prefer.

don’t use foundation or blush, really, its no difference.

    🙂
