If i am a NFL cheerleader in college, can i be a sports reporter as a career?

Question by Ally<3: If i am a NFL cheerleader in college, can i be a sports reporter as a career?
theatrically, Say that i cheered for a nfl team in college. lets say once i graduate college, i stop cheering. would i be allowed to fufill a job as a sports annoncer/reporter? my only concern is that they will think im biased since i cheered for a certain team.

Since you’re asking strangers on Y!A about this, I doubt you’ll be anywhere close to the NFL.

Many NFL announcers were players. That might be a little more likely to be biased for a team than being a cheerleader.

“theatrically, Say that i cheered for a nfl team in college…”

This looks like it was written by a 12-year old.

    “…would i be allowed to fufill a job as a sports annoncer…”

Not unless you learn how to spell announcer.

Just because you were involved in sports doesn’t exactly qualify you to be a sports reporter. I’m sure you would need a degree in broadcasting or media to have a chance and be very knowledgeable in a variety of sports.
