Well… if you love someone… saying “You’re hot,” really isn’t the best way to win them over.
well talk to her and tell her how you feel , but if you dont really know here i would talk to her for a while before you let her know how you feel , good luck bud :)…
Get to know her, chat with her, and let her get to know you as a person. If you feel that there’s a spark, try taking it to the next level.

2.She will eventually become freaked out and then you can console her
