How long will it take to become flexible in Cheerleading?

Question by Nekira: How long will it take to become flexible in Cheerleading?
I am a freshman cheerleader at my high school and I cheer for competition. How long will it approximately take for me to pull a decent heel stretch, scorpion, bow, and the splits if my muscles are only a little flexible?

It really depends on how much how stretch and practice. If you stretch each day and practice them you will get it faster then if you do it once a week. If you really want them i would try stretching at least once a day and try to pull them (but don’t hurt yourself!) after stretching. I hope this helps.
