i know this sounds weird. haha. but just name some things i can do everyday to get in shape. things that they do in dcc training would be helpful. :]

You should really just become a cheerleader because your coach will know what you need to do to train as a cheerleader. And as far as becoming a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader you will want to have earlier cheerleading from the lower ranks, high school, and college leading up to applying for a job with a professional cheerleading team.
