Buy a pattern and fabric in the colors you need if you can use a sewing machine. Cheerleading outfits are complicated though even for an experience sewer. And if you aren’t accomplished enough to be able to veer off the pattern a bit and do some design I doubt you will succeed.
It kind of depends on how old you are really. And experience.
This is one project that I suggest you get someone else to do.
