Not yet. And its unlikely they will need one.
The minority population in the U.S. is increasing so rapidly that eventually it will be WHITES who need a “cheerleader similar to Jesse Jackson”.

No, our cheer leader is Jesus Christ. That is why we vote for the Democratic party. Those who vote republican, are the Christians in Name only Hispanics.
Jesse Jackson is no cheerleader for black people in the United States.
Jesse has made a fortune convincing blacks they don’t have a chance in America, and thereby removing their incentive to try. Hopefully, Hispanics won’t fall for the same mistake….they’ll thrive without a “cheerleader” like Jesse. Cuban immigrants in Florida, who’ve seen what Big Gov’t is like, haven’t made that mistake and are thriving without a “cheerleader”.
