In my experience,,,,a cheerleader..they are much more snooty…and it requires more physical training.
Give your answer to this question below!
chearleading all the way…its fun..all the guys will want to go out with you
both but color gaurd is better and funner and u do more exciting stuff, and sometimes u have to do a couple stuffthat u do cheerleading. i have been in both but still i like best color gaurd
theyre both extremely hard, but i think cheerleading, because you have more routines, and you have to go to more events, nd you have to remember more stuff. and if your in your uniform you practically freeze to death..
Being on Navy SEAL Team 6 is harder!
That’s like comparing apples and oranges. They’re completely different sports that are hard and easy in different ways.
cheerleading because u have to be flexible if not then gain flexibility u have to remeber routines that are sometimes very long and its so much funner im a cheerleader nd dependin were u live u can get really cold in ur uniform =] =[ =]
im a cheerleaderr
and people really think what we do is easy
but its not
i mean you have to be flexible, have good stamina, and be good at gymnastics, dance, and tumbling
its harder than it looks !
Cheer leading!!! LOL. a lot of people get hurt in cheer leading trust me! I’m a cheerleader and my friend fell on my face cradling from a stunt. and some people even died… also you gotta be really fit!
Having done both I can honestly say i love them both, and they are both difficult. By doing both they actually have helped me be better at both. I think cheerleading is harder because you have to keep everything tight and squese all you muscles constently and yell from you diaphram for two 45 minute halfs of a football game. I’m always really tired after cheering but not that tired after spining. They are both amazing activities but color guard isn’t as physicaly demanding on the entire body as cheerleading is. and that whole saying “if you think color guard is easy be a cheerleader” should be rewritten to say “If you think color guard is hard join the cheer squad!”
a lot of people are saying that cheerleading is harder because it gets cold in the uniforms and more routines, you have to remember longer routines and all that stuff. Well that’s true but guard freezes when its cold. Guards have long practices. We get hurt A LOT. We have lots of competitions and performances and they are really long too! We have to be flexible and endure a lot as well. I have friends that are in cheerleading so I know its really hard but guard is too. In my opinion they are equal because they both have to go through blood sweat and tears to be as good as they can be.
