You will need to be able to do:
1) Cartwheel- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaP2890nnuA
2) Tuck- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnTGfYPSGkk
3) Herkie- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpONK7P5cJQ
4) Split- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpaaqwavxPY
5) Front flip
They most likely will not count too many points against you for not being able to do these things, but you will get a lot of points for knowing how to.
You will also need:
1) Strength- You will be lifting up people often.
2) Coordination- You will be moving different parts of your body at the same time.
3) Teamwork- You will always be working with a team.
4) Good memorization- You will be taught several cheers and dances QUICKLY.
5) Loudness- You will have to scream to be heard over the crowd.
Good luck with the tryouts!
