ok well i just started competitive cheerleading and im a flyer and i want to know what to do to get ready for the competition.

Stretch alot, so you wont pull a muscle or any painful during your competition. Hoped I helped!
once your on the floor everything will be fine it might be weird in warm ups but once your out there your do fine.
For the weekbefore- first 4-5 days stretch and work on skills a little. The last 2 days rest strctch a little and relax. It’s normal to be nervous. I was, but just don’t think about it once you do your first one you dontget so nervous. Alsoeat healthy and do NOT eat fast food the day of.
