    you need to know how to tumble, smile a lot, if your a flyer you need to know how to do those stunts, you need to be able to be in front of lots of people and talk and shout loudly so everyone can hear the cheers, etc

    The ability to be friendly, bubbly, loud, determination, and able to take help or suggestions when offered.
