I’m thinking about trying out for cheerleading, and I would like to know what you do in 9th grade sideline cheerleading. Like, how many times you practice a week and what kinds of stunts you do. Please no rude answers, because they are unnecessary 🙂 Thanks!!

well im on the 8th grade team and we practice about three times a week after school. For games we usually stay after school and we just do cheers. The stunts we do are elevators, extensions, we do twist downs, pyramids. we also do some tumbling
