I Want To Try Out For The Cheerleading Squad Next Year In 7th Grade. I Don’t Know How To Do Any Of The Stunts And I Need Help NOW!!! I Am Not Experienced At All And Really Wanna Make The Team.

Ok I’m in gymnastics so heres good stretching tips and tricks.
Tricks: StraddleJump: Point ur toes side to side and reach in the middle while in high jump. Wolf Jump: One leg straight one bent knees together. Tuck Jump: knees tucked in. Back handspring: band bend flip legs over land with hands in air in one jump. Front hand spring: same as the back only fowards. Stretching: pull ur leg as far to ur face as possible while pointing toes. Practice ur semi split over and over. candle sticks: jump with hands to cieling when u fall roll into back spin putting leggs in air.

    Stretch to get your splits. Just sit in them for 30 seconds a day. And try to build your arm muscle up. And leg muscle. Try to get into a tumbling class once or twice a week at your local gym. Most school teams don’t require tumbling; however, some require tumbling for football.
