I cheer for my middle school but in high school you need to be able to,
tumble,be loud, smile A lot!!! it helps,be really tight, don’t be shy, glad, happy, and organized your the role model for others at your school

Tumbling: Back Walkover, Backhandspring, (suggest a round off backhandspring backtuck or a standing tuck, but that’s never really a requirement for freshman.)

    Jumps: Toutouch, Herkie.

Splits: Right, Left, (Middles are always good, but never required.)

    Heel Stretch

Just remember to smile be LOUD and be tight =D

For tryouts stay positive, no nailpolish, and wear a bow!, hair out of face.

    Good Luck!!!
