Like do you have to be able to do a roundoff backhandspring backtuck? be able to do twist cradles, what? or do you just have to dance and look good?

I think you just have to dance and look good. Every once in a while the NFL chanle run (or I think you can see it on on Demand) runs a documentary on make a NFL cheerleading squad. It is a rally tough process, you shouls what it to get an idea of what it is like.
