Question by chelemybelle1: Can someone tell me what an All American Cheerleader?
My daughter is a freshman and it’s her 1st year cheering. She is currently at camp now with her team and she told me last night that she had been selected to try out for “All American”. I was just wondering what this is?

camps usually offer something that they call All-Star or All-American. She will tryout and if she makes it she will then get to cheer at a bowl game or something like that: different camps offer different rewards for being an all american.
Ooh, How awesome for her..I was elected for All American too at camp, But never got to tried out cause I was sick….Anywho, it’s basically a ‘Cheering’ team, that goes to a ‘Bowl’ and perform…….You get chosen out of alot of girls at Camp, and the way they are nominated is for being a really good cheerleader(good jumps, and stunts.) or encouraging others, or whatnot
