ELEVEN year olds shouldn’t be worrying about their weight. Back off of her or you’ll cause an eating disorder.

are you trying to give this poor kid low self esteem? any good base could lift someone over 115 pounds!!!!!
it’s not about how much you weight, but flexibility and strength when it comes to being a flyer. if she can hold her weight she will be fine.
again, anyone can be any position, i know guys who have been flyers (yes, with girls basing them).
and also, it’s up to the team to choose who does what in a stunt group, if your sister is flexible and still has some confidence after you’re finished with her she should be an excellent flyer.

and p.s is ELEVEN!! (three e’s no a’s)

Your dumb. Weight doesn’t matter. If she’s stiff, and the bases are strong enough. She can fly.

your not dumb.it depends on the bases who lift her.but i way no more than 110 and i just turned 12 and im 5 foot 3 and i was a flyer.but the weight dosnt matteu she just has to be flexible and stiff and she has to learn how to carry her own weight.Hope i helped.

    she’s fine.. seriously.
As long as the bases arent wimps sh will be totally fine, my friend is 93lbs in eighth grade, I can one man her… and I’m a girl…
    a flyer’s weight can ranger from 45lbs-120lbs
one thing, make sure she is FLEXIBLE!!!
    AND TIGHT!
Every experienced base and backspot and coach knows that being tight for a flyer is the main biggest pet peeve evr, if she wobbles and doesnt squeeze every muscle in her body, if she does not lock out, she will fall..
remember when in sponge, dont look down, dont look down no matter what..
YOU LOOK DOWN YOU FALL DOWN
(I now it sounds harsh but trust me, its true)
    shoot for the sky! 🙂

95 pounds is a perfect weight for a flyer. but its not just about the weight. no matter how much she weighs, she has to hold her own weight by staying tight an centering herself while squeezing all muscles in her body especially her quad, glutes, and abs.
