Question by Sammi<3: How many miles for a cheerleader?
Hii! In about a month i’m going to try out for my schools cheer team, and I think i will probably get in, but I was wondering how many miles (at a time) most cheerleading teams do? Like during practices/training, do you think I will have to RUN more than a mile? Please help!!

Our cheerleading team never runs more than a mile, and thats just once a month…or less

Well at my cheer practices we run almost everyday!
Usually under a mile but sometimes are coach makes us run more.
Once we had to run 3 miles.
But i guess it depends on your coach and if cheerleading at your school is a big deal.
Don’t worry about running, the more you run the better you’ll be!
And it gets easier the more you run!
It will pay off!
But again, i’m not sure if you will have to run more or less because some coaches are more strict than others and we do competitive cheerleading so that may be why we had to.
