How do I help my daughter do toe jumps for cheerleading she is doing comp. cheerleading and can’t jump very well is there anything I can do to help her she practices over and over

I would try basic plyometrics. They teach the fast twitch muscle fibres to respond quicker producing more height in jumps. Start with jump rope and single leg hops based on her age. After a few months add in box jumps.

    constantly stretch the positions of the jumps. what i mean by that is if your doin a toe touch jump [with both your legs out] sit on the floor and stretc hthat position.. same with all the other jumps.
