    Why not! You people think way too much in too this! He pulls up to pay out money for a fundraiser! He is contributing to a cause as long as he is not sitting there staring at teenage girls breasts then what is the problem. He could take it as a moment to lean the seat back and rest. Plus we are just assuming they are high school cheerleaders they might be college then it is okay jk 🙂 Plus why do we assume the guy is a pervert for supporting his local community efforts!
