It is never to late to start anything I have been told but I’m not so sure about that :P. I would certainly try it and see if you enjoy it but be aware it could be harder to pick up at an older age and don’t get frustrated if you don’t fit in at first but if you enjoy it of course you can be a cheerleader at any age or anything for that matter. There’s not really an age that you are too old to do anything! My sister started when she was a senior in high school! Go for it!!!

People often start really young or early middle school latest, but if you really want to do it as long as you work your self up to where everyone else’s level you can do whatever you want. It’ll take a lot of work and determination, but go for it!

As long as there is a team that takes people of your age then you still have a chance. The biggest issue is finding one that takes beginners. (Some adult teams have 30 and 40 year olds on them.)
I am going to start it as an 8th grader but I know of people who started at 3 and 33 so there really isn’t an exact age!
