Motions: NEED to be sharp and crisp.
Tumbling: A back handspring.
Dance: Good memory of it and good facials.
Jumps: High, pointed toes, and good form.
Smile A LOT have good spirit!
Stunts: Open minded, strong, and reliable.

well my daughter is 8 and on an all star team. she has a standing full twist and working on her hand double. i would suggest if you want a good team then you would at least have a single full. i mean come on, my daughter is 8 and for high schoolers that should be no problem to have by now. as far a stunting goes probably a kick full or heel stretch double down. my daughter has both of those as well. she is a flyer.
