What are some ways to become a better cheerleader?

Question by Kayy: What are some ways to become a better cheerleader?
I know the basics. Tight Motions, facials, bla bla bla but I want to become a better tumbler and jumper. Ive been working hard but what are some exercises you can do daily to make those things better

You just definitely lift weights for your arms. this helps tumbling. work out your legs too and stretch as much as you can to get higher jumps. hope this helps.

    well… back bends, going to private lessons, open tumbling, practice outside, practice your splits, and go over your routine like a THOUSAND times.. that usually works

    jogging, getting a good amount of sleep, the only way to get better at jumps is to keep on doing them! tumbling wise, it takes some work and experience but you will get there. you can try taking some private tumbling lessons where the coaches help you one on one.
