Cindi is the head cheerleader of the Buddy Cianci Junior High School Dust Mites. Succumbing to the excitement of the cheer leaders during a game, Stewie is convinced the cheerleaders have mind control powers and decides to replaces her, leaving her tied up in a men’s room where she is found by Quagmire.
