You can’t just lose “tummy fat”, your body decides how to apportion weight loss.
If you want to be a cheerleader, try out for the team and if you’re good enough, you’ll make it. Even the heavier cheerleaders had to earn their spots.
You really need to get your priorities straight– you’re a healthy, active girl with four working limbs, what are you complaining about, really?

    The Good News:
    Eat healthily and pack a lot of exercise in and you’ll become slimmer.

    The Bad News:
    While you can improve the muscle tone by exercising certain areas of the body, there is no way short of surgery to target areas to lose fat. the body will determine where it loses fat and there’s nothing you can do a bout it.

    Other News;
    If you want to be a cheerleader, be a cheerleader. Think how you would fell when you’re thirty and said you were never a cheerleader because you though some people might make fun of you. You gotta live the dream while you can.
