For volleyball- All you need to know if how to bump set spike. You can work on bumping by seeing how many times you can hit it in the air without stopping or bumping it againest the wall. You can also work on setting like that. With setting remember to use your finger tips! For serving in volleyball, there is two different ones underhand serve, and overhand serve. Work on both, underhand is eaiser though for me!
For cheerleading- You can pratice streching alot! Also practice splits, any jumps you might need to know (herky, toe touch, pike) and pracitce running or lifting weight so if you make the team you can lift the flyer up! Just eat healthy and get good exercise! Don’t stress over it to much though!
Good luck, i hope you make both! Keep us posted on what happens!

I can’t help with cheerleading, but i’ll do my best for the volleyball part.

    Excersises:
    – squats (with weights if you want)
    – lunges (frontwards, backwards, and sideways)
    – sprints
    – ladder drills
    – calf raises >> stand on the edge of a stair with your heels off the edge.. then lower your heels, and bring them back up.
    – hill runs
    – stair runs
    – swimming with ankle and wrist weights
    – jump rope >> the jumprope should be your best friend by the end of the summer =) like nonstop, bring it everywhere! even camping or whatever — like 1000 jumpropes a day will improve your vertical sooo much!!

make sure also to do a lot of excersises that focus on your core strength (this is where the power comes from in your serves and hits)
    – crunches on a swiss ball
    – twists on a swiss ball
    – crunches
And for awesome core excersises, go to this website.. they’re soo good! But beware they hurt the next day haha.. but it’s so worth it.
